Rose E. Rucker

VP Human Resources

 

Rose has led the Human Resources Department of Ohio Support Services since June of 1997.

 

Rose was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from the Capital University Law School and Graduate Center in May of 1996, and she earned admission to the Ohio State Bar in November that same year. 

 

Rose also holds the Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).  She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
