Martha Stemm,

Corporate Training Manager

Marti began her career as a Program Manager for Junior Achievement of Central Ohio where she worked to bring business volunteers and high school students together to form their own mini businesses. While at Junior Achievement Marti acquired skills in public speaking, training and education. Since then Marti taught at two colleges and served as the Director for another proprietary college in Columbus. She also provided training and support as a member of an International IT company working for the Military at DSCC and Wright Patterson Air Force bases.

Marti brings over 25 years of experience in training and development of adults to OSS and will draw on 20 years of college teaching and corporate training experience to support our goals. Columbus State Community College recently recognized Marti for twenty years as an adjunct faculty member, where she continues to teach Business Management courses.

Marti’s is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and has extensive experience in public speaking for professional organizations and private conferences.

Marti is dedicated to the principles of “Life Long Learning” and providing employees with the educational tools to support a World Class Business Organization.
