Jeff Willis
General Manager
Jeff manages the day-to-day operations of Ohio Custodial Management. Jeff’s management style is grounded in a high emphasis of employee training and development. Setting employee expectations of quality and professionalism is our number one commitment to our customers as well as our individual staff members.
Most recently Jeff has managed custodial services at Washington University in St. Louis Missouri where he was responsible for the custodial cleaning contract for 140 cleaners and 62 university buildings. Further, he managed special event custodial services for the university such as the 2004 presidential debates and the annual commencement activities that would accommodate as many as 20,000 guests.
Jeff developed his management approach by utilizing experiences and techniques that he has acquired throughout his career. He has 10 years of military service both the United States Navy and the Ohio Air National Guard. He served as Maintenance Superintendent for a residential high-rise in Columbus, Ohio and as Facilities Manager for a large school district in Ohio. Jeff is dedicated to customer satisfaction and committed to quality.
